Tourist Association “Rilski tourist” has its beginning on 18.05.1902g. at a meeting of like-minded lovers of mountain and tourism. Until then there were no huts. The first hut is Klekova hut built by the association. To date, the association has 253 members Samokov.
TA “Rilski tourist” seeks to promote organized tourism, attracts and brings new friends of tourism in the nature. The Association initiates and organizes hiking, climbing peaks in Rila Mountain, also tours around the country and all Bulgarian mountains, as well as participation in international tourism events including Balkan meetings. Working together with associations from Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia is fruitful.
